Sunday Stuff #005 - The Cost of Not Taking Action
THE COST OF NOT TAKING ACTION
What's the cost of NOT taking action on your health and fitness goals?
This time next year do you want to be still stuck in the same cycle of ineffective fads?
This time next month do you want to be upset at the yo-yo results and the feelings of frustration each time you gain it back?
This time next week do you still want to be giving up the same huge amounts of mental energy thinking about food or feeling guilty for not exercising?
What if I told you there was another way?
What if I told you that I do it differently (yes, really!)
I know it’s hard for you to trust any health coaching company after the overwhelm of information, the fads and the marketing you’re subjected to.
What if I told you that the majority of our clients come to us with a goal number on the scales or a label size in their clothes in mind.
...but they leave with not only those goals achieved but so much more than they expected in terms of confidence, mindset shifts and their feelings of self-worth, prioritising themselves, productivity and focus at work, better relationships, more energy and happier.
It’s more than being able to eat pizza or ice cream.
It’s more than a goal number.
It’s about self-love, self-acceptance and becoming the unstoppable, very best version of yourself - every. single. day.
I want to help you achieve results!
And it’s more than the superficial stuff on how you look on the outside. The way you feel inside is so much more important.
I know that success is possible for you.
Yes, it's possible to do it on your own if you're the type of person who is driven, self-motivated and loves a plan. Everything we outlined in the masterclass should really help you to start your own journey.
However, if you know yourself and you know that you need that consistent support, accountability and your own personal cheerleader in the form of a coach, nutritionist and online personal trainer in one then we are here for you.
Still hesitant? Got some questions?

THREE TIPS
Three ways to achieve your goals 2025
# 1
SET CLEAR IDENTITY BASED GOALS.
Set your goal. That's important, but rather that just do that, focus on what habits you need to take on and what kind of person you want to be.
For example, I want to be a person that exercises 4x per week, plans and prepares my weekly meals, sleeps 7-9 hours per night and walks 7000 steps per day is a lot clearer than just wanting to lose 10kg.
If you follow those daily and weekly habits, you will hit your goal by following the system and identity you have set out for yourself.
# 2
PRACTISE MINDFULNESS.
Incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily routine, such as meditation or breathing exercises. Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
# 3
GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE.
Getting comfortable with discomfort is a valuable skill that can lead to personal growth and resilience.
You can do this through daily cold exposure, joining a new group, starting a new hobby or even just saying yes to more things. Anything that is uncomfortable for you can lead to growth.
