THREE TIPS

More often than not, these 3 nutrition tips will lead to better results.

#1

BE PRESENT DURING YOUR MEALS

When you eat meals make sure that the time is completely dedicated to eating, no distractions! Eat slowly and only until satisfied with 80% of your meals.

#2

EAT ADEQUATE PROTEIN

Protein has to be number 1 priority when it comes to nutrition. Include 1-2 palm sized portions of protein dense foods in 2-3 meals per day.

#3

EAT MORE NUTRIENTS

In general, we chronically under eat vegetables and there we are chronically nutrient deficient. Include 1-2 fists of vegetables in 2-3 meals per day.

A QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF

Which responsibilities, relationships, or projects have been weighing heavily on me and can I give myself permission to let one of them go right now?
