I'm not quite finished, but this is one of the best things I've done.

I'm not the most outgoing person, and confident is not how i would describe myself. But then, a friend suggestedI talk to Peter Walker and although I was sceptical, we did the whole online coaching thing, mostly because I was too scared to have someone watch me run, but it's been a game changer.

I used to think that understanding food and exercise was a mystery I'd never unravel. And as for gyms? Well, they might as well have been another planet. But Peter changed all that.

With his help, I've learned that I don't have to torture myself in a gym or give up all my favourite treats to be healthier. What I appreciate most about Peter is that he's not just about fitness; sometimes we wouldn’t even get to the workout, other times it was a walk.

I'm not quite at my finish line yet, but this has been one of the best things I've done for myself.
