It was never about weight, it was about how I felt about the results I was seeing and feeling.

I have always been dubious with gyms and PT, so Peter had his work cut out with me. I had recently lost a lot of weight and as I have a very physical job, I wanted to work on getting stronger and toning my body.

What I liked about his manner was it was never about weight, it was about how I felt about the results I was seeing and feeling.

He pushed me to extend myself during my workouts and gave me options on the exercises I liked and the ability to say no to those I didn't.

I valued the individual plan that was targeted for me. I am someone that needs to have a laugh whilst I exercise because truth be known, its not my favourite thing to do. Peter fitted my program to my personality and I appreciated that.

He also recognised that I had a stressful job and sometimes I would arrive with my head full of work issues and I needed time to clear my mind before starting.

The most valuable part of my PT sessions was learning about my body, recognising my strengths and weaknesses and working with them to benefit me. I learnt my body and I felt comfortable to discuss the real issues I was having. I am thankful for the knowledge he gave me that I use everyday.
