I used to dread the gym. I felt out of place, clueless about exercises, and honestly a bit scared. But then, I met Peter.

He didn't just help me get in shape; he change my outlook on fitness. We started with workouts I could do at home. Over time, his guidance and support helped me gain confidence and i was in the gym twice a week.

I went from feeling ashamed and uncertain to feeling good and i had some clue of what i was doing. Peter's approach made the gym less intimidating and more welcoming. He helped me use the equipment and we set a routine, making it a comfortable place to be.
