April: A Season of Growth and Renewal 🌱🌟

April is the month of transformation. Just as the trees bloom and the days grow brighter, this is your reminder to embrace growth in your own life. The number one thing to remember? Small, consistent actions create the biggest changes.

Every seed you plant today—whether it’s a new habit, a fresh perspective, or a bold decision—has the potential to blossom into something incredible. Keep watering your dreams with effort and positivity, and trust the process.

You’re capable of amazing things, so step into this season ready to grow. 🌷✨

Three Tips To Creating Non-negotiable Behaviours

# 1 DON'T HAVE TOO MANY.

Create 4-6 non-negotiable habits that you can stick to pretty much all year round. Any more than that may feel overwhelming and create more stress in your life.

# 2 MAKE THEM ACHIEVABLE.

Make sure they stretch you slightly but not so far that you feel like you are failing. For example, exercising 4-5x per week is more achievable than 7 for most of us, or not drinking alcohol Sunday-Thursday is more achievable that fully giving up.

# 3 MAKE THEM MEANINGFUL.

Put things on your list that if you stick to for a whole year would have helped you grow as a person while getting healthier at the same time. Including things like 1 hour of study a week and 10 minutes of reading a day are great examples of easy things to help you grow.
